These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Demy platform ("Service"). They are tailored for SaaS products that process customer data in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Administrators may invite collaborators; invited users are bound by these Terms when they accept an invitation or access the Service. -
Acceptable Use
You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You will not:- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Data Security & Processing
Demy acts as a data processor for the customer data you ingest. We implement industry-aligned safeguards inspired by vendors such as hex.com, including encrypted transport, access controls, and regional hosting options. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not sell customer data. -
Subscription, Billing & Refunds
Fees are billed in accordance with the plan you select. All charges are final and not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination or downgrade of your subscription. -
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination you must cease using the Service. We will delete or anonymise customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your written instructions unless retention is required by law. -
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demy is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. -
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and, for UK and EU customers, supplemented by mandatory consumer and data protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of Delaware unless prohibited by applicable law. -
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms with notice. Material changes will be communicated via the in-product notification centre or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. -
